Liebe Freunde und Kollegen,
wir laden herzlich ein zur Premiere

„RES(E)T“ von Antje Pfundtner in Gesellschaft am 23. April 2008 um  
19:30 Uhr auf Kampnagel in Hamburg.

Antje Pfundtner's erstes recyceltes Tanzstück eröffnet die  
Themenreihe ‚COPY/PASTE - Autorenschaft und Copyright im  
zeitgenössischen Tanz’.

In RES(E)T recycelt die Hamburger Choreographin Antje Pfundtner, in  
Gesellschaft von Jenny Beyer und Dani Brown, weggeworfene Ideen. Sie  
sammelt den Müll von Kollegen ein, der beim Selektionsprozess des  
Choreographierens entsteht und kompostiert ihn zu einem neuen Stück.  
In Vergessenheit geratene Herzstücke, Fetische und kostbare  
Erinnerungen gehen in den Besitz drei neuer Autorinnen über und  
werden wiederbelebt. Ob Hommage, Rekonstruktion oder Inspiration,  
Antje Pfundtner choreographiert sowohl Originale als auch ihre  
Variationen und schafft ein originäres Recyclingprodukt.

„RES(E)T“ by Antje Pfundtner on 23 April 2008 at 19.30 h, Kampnagel  
Hamburg

Antje Pfundtners’ first recycled dance-project "RES(E)T" will open  
the theme-block ‘COPY/PASTE authorship and copyright in contemporary  
dance’.

In RES(E)T the Hamburg-based choreographer Antje Pfundtner, flanked  
by Jenny Beyer and Dani Brown, recycles discarded artistic ideas. She  
collects everything her colleagues reject in the selection process of  
choreographic work and composes their creative trash into a new  
piece. Forgotten favourites, orphaned fetishes and precious  
recollections are taken aboard by three new authors and given a fresh  
lease of life. Whether in homage, as re-production or as inspiration,  
Antje Pfundtner choreographs both original material and her own  
variations, ending up with an inimitable recycling product.
