GUDgrup erzählt von ihrer Expedition in die innere Leere des 
Ex-Karstadt-Gebäudes.
Eine Woche lang entführten sich die Künstlerinnen von GUDgrup selbst 
und setzten sich -wie der Hlg. Antonius in der Wüste, der Leere des 
Kaufhauses, den eigenen Phantasien und Ängsten aus – Tag und Nacht.

So wird berichtet von angebranntem Milchreis, einer Kartonmeditation, 
von weißer Wolle und Wilden Kerlen, der MoMa-Außenstelle, Pfützen, 
Schleyer-Geschichten und Grünzeug.

In Anspielung auf die radikale 4er-Serie von Barnett Newmans „Who’s 
afraid of Red, Yellow and Blue ?“ bezieht sich GUDgrup auf das 
Statement (7. Juni 1943) von Mark Rothko, Adolf Gottlieb und Barnett 
Newman:
1.	To us is art an adventure into an unknown world, which can be 
explored only by those willing to take the risks.
2.	This world of imagination is fancy-free and violently opposed to 
common sense.
3.	It is our function as artists to make the spectator see the world 
our way not his way. ………………and so on …………………..…
