Tuss


Tuss (Eigentlich "Tuss mit dem Hut") ist ein 
fiktiver Charakter aus norwegischen 
Kinderbüchern. Der kleine Kerl besteht nur aus 
Haaren und Hut, unter welchem er sich unsichtbar 
machen kann.

Mittels Audioarbeiten und Videoinstallationen 
versuchen die beiden Künstler Lina Björn Larson 
und Kristian Zaklynsky, beide aus 
Reykjavik/Island die Ansichten und Gefühle aus 
der Sicht eines 40cm großen Kerls zu zeigen.

"We have made a sound piece that is called Music 
for Tuss. Which is trying to capture the mood of 
a moss grown forest floor at dusk seen from the 
angle of a 40 cm tall hat guy. We have used the 
sounds of bats flapping there wings and multiple 
synths for the piece.
We are also making a curtain out of fabric to put 
up in the gallery. It is sort of a collage in 
fabric with no real theme but things we like and 
things are funny, like Batcher vs. Wolverine 
Tiger and British man and a bee keapers hat."
